Computer and/or computer software knowledge or experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in clinical or clerical roles preferred. High school education or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology and typing skills are required (accuracy rather than speed). Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.
