The System Director is responsible for managing the operations of Patient Care Services across the DCH Health System to include Regional, Northport, and Fayette campuses. In addition, Director has accountability for the management of select, specified programs and projects; designing, implementing and evaluating data and analytics to enhance operations and assisting with the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies. Responsible for operational data review, analysis, and report development.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and providing support to the Division of Patient Care Services productivity and annual budgets. The System Director of Nursing Operations works collaboratively with other leaders across the system to assure that employees have the human and fiscal resources to provide quality care to those we serve while being excellent stewards of our resources.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical: Ability to tolerate prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to reach reasonable distance in any direction. Physical presence onsite is essential. Hearing and vision must be normal or corrected to within normal range. Able to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
