Supports the operational use of assigned software applications through delivery of solutions to meet customer requests. Customer service oriented and must promote a professional relationship with both customers and vendors. Coordinates issue escalation with vendor support. Responsible for coordinating updates, patches, maintenance, and backup routines with vendor, customer and internal IT team effectively.
