Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus using standardized recipes while following established policies and procedures for food, equipment, customer and staff safety. Performs daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and sanitation of equipment, dishes, floors and utensils according to established policies and procedures. Assists with receiving/storing food and supplies correctly.
DCH Standards:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. On the job training, no previous experience required.
Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.
