The Float Pool is the ideal team for individuals who have experience in one or more areas and enjoy working in a variety of settings. The Float Pool provides the expertise of experienced team members who are prepared to serve in many areas of our organization. This team is composed of Registered Nurses that at minimum have eighteen months of nursing experience in a hospital setting. The Home Health Visit Nurse works collaboratively with the Home Health RN Care Manager and other disciplines, providing skilled care, education, treatment, and emotional support to patients. Our Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) is a four 4-bed unit that directs its resources principally towards the care of adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, thoracic, vascular and other surgical conditions requiring critical care located on 4 North North.
