Establishes, directs, and manages the fundraising and development programs and activities of the DCH Health System and serves as the Executive Director of the DCH Foundation. Prepares fundraising development goals, objectives, and strategies for approval by the DCH Foundation Board of Directors and by the DCH Health System President & CEO.
